“I never realized how much your services could help until my family needed you.”

We recently had the pleasure of giving a tour of our Albany campus to the mother of a former client, whom we’re proud to call a friend of Northern Rivers.

As we walked through our residential units and special education school, showing her new facilities and telling her about the innovative programming since her child was in our care, we could plainly see the heartfelt connection she had to our mission. Her experiences with the mental health needs of her own child give her a deeper understanding of the many and varied needs and challenges faced by those in our care today.

Our programs play a life-changing role in the stories of many children, adults, and families in the Capital Region and beyond. From our special education school, to residential care, foster care, community care services, and our behavioral health care facilities, all of our programs provide some sort of mental health support.

With the movement towards awareness and the lessening stigma around mental health, more families are turning to Northern Rivers for services. Our mission is supported by donors like you. Whether you have benefited from our services or believe in our mission, your support enables us to continue to reach those who need our help the most and give them the resources and support they need to succeed.

As we continue to grow and expand our programs to reach even more individuals who desperately need our assistance, your donation, no matter the size, makes a real difference in the lives of those we serve. We are grateful for your generosity and ongoing commitment to our mission.

Thank you for your partnership,

Thank you to our Chosen Family monthly donors!
